Returns and Exchanges

In order to provide high-quality blades to you as low-cost as possible, we do not allow returns and exchanges. All sales are as-is with no warranty express or implied. All items are quality-checked before packing to check for damage and we will never ship a damaged item.

Our aim is to provide you a great product at a great price, understanding and complying with the above helps us to do that!

Lost-in-transit items

Please see our shipping policy here. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us. We will initiate a missing mail search depending on the shipping method, which can take up to 10 business days. Depending on the outcome of the search, we will refund or replace your order as necessary. If you need your items quickly and cannot wait for the missing mail search to complete, it may be necessary to place a second order so that we can track each order individually. If, at the end of the process, duplicate orders end up being delivered, we will accept a return of the duplicate order at no cost to you (so you don't end up with double what you wanted!).

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is delivered damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will be at seller discretion, but likely denied.
